Usually a terrace is built as a continuation of the house – by the entrance, at the side, front or back. A terrace added to an existing building lets you expand your living space at a relatively good price.
In some cases terraces are built on the second floor of a house or outbuilding, i.e. on the roof. Terraces can also be built separately from the house, for example in the garden.
When planning an extension, start with the terrace foundations. If your house is still being built, the terrace can be included in the plan straight away with its own foundations. If there are none, the terrace is usually set on solid bricks or a concrete-block base. This spreads its weight evenly and stops the foundations settling.
Our team's experience, skills and knowledge let us take on projects of any size and complexity, so we can build exactly the terrace you want. Choosing the right terrace floor is especially important. The most common options are ceramic tiles, concrete slabs, paving and, of course, wooden boards.
A board floor is especially popular because wood is an eco-friendly and attractive material. Decking boards are installed quickly and carefully, taking the properties of wood into account. Quality fixings are used for a long service life and high safety.
Every customer's needs are different, so we offer terraces with a roof that matches the building and its design – or, on the contrary, a free-standing structure with a different look.
You can choose the walls in the same way. Depending on your wishes, we build open terrace canopies without walls, as well as partly open and fully enclosed terraces with all walls.
